Beautiful and clean. Well kept. Train runs in background anc was a non issue. I actually enjoyed it. Well kept area. There is a club within the gated property. Will stay here again soon

The condo is very clean, with all the amenities. Greatly appreciated the elevator, as it's on the 4th floor. However, noise is a definite problem. The 1865 Speakeasy located on-site pulls in a lot of people, so parking becomes impossible, even on street, and the noise from people coming/going was a lot. The locomotive tracks run directly beside the building, and the engineers seem to love to blow the whistles at all hours. The walls in the units are very thin, with the neighbor across the hall, who apparently is a resident, having a dog that barks non-stop when she's not home. Saturday night, we all wanted to go to bed early, as we were leaving very early the next morning. We clearly heard the dog barking until well after midnight, even in the bedroom, when the owner came home. Probably would not rent here again because of the noise.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed at this unit for a 3 day visit to Nashville. A great unit- spotless and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. Check in and out super easy and great communication from property manager. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. No issues at all getting rides. Property is gated and safe. Didn’t use pool area but it looks nice with grills available. Trains in back of property were a nonissue for us. Can hear them but not obtrusive. We would definitely stay again if in area. Nashville is fun and friendly!

Don't rent this place if you'd like to sleep.

I will start with the positives - the place is clean and cute, and the perfect size for a couple looking to travel to Nashville for the weekend. Also, the location is very close to everything that we wanted to do in Nashville. Negatives: As soon as we got there, we noticed a loud "plink-plink-plink" sound coming from the bathroom. I am not a plumber, but it sounds like it might be a water issue in a pipe located directly above the ceiling vent, which helps to create a nice echo sound throughout the condo. It drips pretty consistently, sometimes with a few serene minutes in between sets, and you can hear it anywhere, and all night, which was joyful. The bed, although comfortable, is the loudest frame I have ever heard. Simply getting in and out of bed, or turning over, is likely to be heard from the hallway. A previous review mentioned that the train doesn't run at night...the good news is that it starts running at 5:30 AM (this was Saturday morning) and runs about every 20-30 minutes, with full horns blaring, which was a nice touch. Another unneeded wake-up call was the construction that started at 7:00 AM (still Saturday morning), with some type of heavy machinery used to dig into the ground, outside the window, which really confirmed for us that we were not going back to sleep. The GREAT news is that there is a Starbucks within walking distance, so that's where we headed at 7:30 AM. We called Vacasa and we were told a maintenance request would be put into the "property manager" and that we would be hearing from him ASAP. It's been 48 hours, and we haven't heard from anyone, despite calling 4-5 times. Needless to say, we left the property early and booked a hotel room in town. I should have known that the price was too good to be true, and I wouldn't waste your time unless you can sleep through literally anything.

Beautiful and great location

Place was beautiful and very clean. Location was minutes away from everything. One thing that the place needed was a luggage cart. Other then that it was perfect!

CMA fest for Honeymoon

We enjoyed staying at this property , the only frustrating thing was they didn't give us the updated code for the building ,so we had driven 10 hrs and couldn't get into the building :( , but they were very helpful once we got in contact with someone :)

We’ll definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect. There is a train in back, but it mostly sits, no horn, no noise at night. The walls are kinda thin and there were some party people in the bullikding, but that doesn’t bother me. Outdoor space is awesome!
