Wonderful hosts;,great location for locals!

Nina and her team are dedicated to making sure that your stay is perfect.We live locally and were displaced by Helene, so the location of the apartment was perfect for us, as we frequent down town.The neighborhood is friendly and we met some great people walking the dog.Would definitely book again!

Great one bedroom…walking distance to restaurants and downtown

This property is as described (actually better). The bed and bedroom are bigger than they appear in the photos. The host was very responsive with questions. The unit was clean and a nice complementary snack basket was on the counter. We had a neighbor in an adjacent unit but the sound did not travel at all. I would recommend this unit for anyone needing a one bedroom in the area.

Owner friendly. 2nd year in a row staying there. 2nd visit wasn't as good. Being pet friendly was a problem because of the animals left behind. Parking lot needs cement to avoid bringing in dirt. Floors are definitely 1 star out of 5. Had to put in work ourselves to get it clean, but were unsuccessful. Dog urine smell on pillow and couch. Owner refunded cleaning amount, which was very nice. Would deal with her again......just not that location. She was understanding and helpful the whole time.

Does it again!

This is our second time staying with this host, but a different property. We specifically looked for property listings of this host. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and cozy. The directions were good and the check in was seamless. There were nice amenities like coffee, sugar, creamer, common spices, cooking oil, and some snacks. Also some beach towels, beach chair, extra pillows and blankets, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. There was a nice little chair grouping outside, and parking was convenient. We were close to the places we wanted to go: the beach, downtown New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, and Port Richey. The host was in regular communication with us, and we felt confident that they were available if we needed anything. This host has several properties and we would stay with them anytime.

Home away from home!

I stayed here to travel for work. It’s a great place, very clean, convenient location right off Main Street so it is close to stores, restaurants, groceries, everything. Nina has it set up so nicely, with many accommodations in the house that made it feel like it was my home away from home! So comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nina is great to communicate with, I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Whether you are traveling for work or fun, the stay here is perfect! Also- the smart TV is the best; you can watch whatever you want :)

Make sure you know what you are getting

We did not stay here. We had it booked and showed up, was told somewhere on one of the 3 fences around the rental was a lockbox, never found it. We arrived at night, very sketchy looking area, lock box on front and back door but neither are the one you open with the code they give you. We were there for almost 2 hours trying to find the lockbox while corresponding with the owner/manager. We did not feel safe. We decided to leave and go back home, this was an anniversary weekend that was ruined. We requested at least the cleaning fee back as they would not be cleaning a place that was not used, she agreed but it never happened. It definitely taught us a lesson.

Very nice!

Looked just like the pictures. Very quaint and nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood and very safe. New Port Richey is a great location to the beaches and sightseeing fun! Would definitely stay again.

Very good instructions for check in and follow up. It was a nice place but floors not very clean especially bathroom. Corners of floors we black and dirty. We had problem with very low battery on the ac thermostat and was asked to change it ourselves. We did not feel comfortable. Did not want something to brake. Otherwise good stay

Great Location

I booked the property for my in-laws so they could spend time with family members in the area. The property was in the perfect location. It was very clean and the owner communicated with us to be sure they were having a great time. There were no issues at all. we would definitely book with this owner at this property or any others they may own.

Great place!

Cute, clean, nice kitchen, comfy bed, private areas to let the dog out - very enjoyable stay. The host checked in with us periodically to make sure we had no trouble checking in and answered our questions promptly. We felt nicely cared for.

Loved the location.

We stayed here for one week. The place is cute and is exactly as the pictures show. The location was excellent. We were able to walk our dog downtown and to the beautiful park every day. New Port Richey is close to Tarpon Springs, beaches and Clearwater for day trips. Would recommend.
