Breathtaking, Elegant, Direct Oceanfront Condo

Escape from reality in this professionally decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, direct ocean front 6th floor condo with a private balcony in Ponce de Leon Towers that is ideal for planning a getaway with friends, creating memories with family, or even a romantic getaway. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all within walking distance!

You have the entire 6th floor unit to yourself. Except during certain holiday weekends, you may park at any numbered space. The pool is open for all residents and guests of Ponce de Leon Towers.

There is a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a patio. The patio has 2 high-top chairs with a high-top table for optimal viewing. There are 4 additional stackable chairs that may be used on the patio or at the dining table. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed.

There are 3 tv's in the unit- one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Free WIFI is available. Cable is available on 2 TV's.

Sorry, pets are not permitted. It is against the regulations of the condo association.

This unit is self check-in and I will send you detailed instructions the day before your reservation. You will be given an access code for the doorlock which is generally the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you have a last minute booking.

You will have access to the entire unit with exception of one closet that will be marked for management. You will need to share access to the rec room on the first floor that includes the pool table and ping pong table. The pool is open to all guests and residents of the complex. There is also a private gated beach access open to the complex.

I am often asked if you can walk to Flagler Ave. It is 2.3 miles away so it depends on your level of fitness. It takes me about 45 minutes to walk to Breakers restaurant one way. If you bring a bike, you can easily bring it into the condo.

From the Indian River Preserve Area, to Mosquito Lagoon and the National Seashore Wildlife Reserve, there is plenty to explore in New Smyrna. Music festivals, art shows, manatee and dolphin viewing, kayak and boat tours… the list goes on and on. Your Florida vacation can be as busy or laid back as you choose.

Explore nature at Smyrna Dunes Park, home to a vast network of nature trails and well known for its fishing. Learn more about the sea and its creatures at the Marine Science Center, which has an aquarium. Stroll down historic Flagler Avenue or Canal Street and browse the boutiques. There’s always something to do in New Smyrna Beach!

After a day of exploration, be sure to swing by New Smyrna Beach’s favorite Happy Hour wine bar known as SoNapa Grille practically across the street. SoNapa Grille provides guests with a full menu but is also known for its Napa Valley wine time that’s hosted every evening from 4:30 until 6:30 pm. You can also enjoy Chase’s on the Beach just a couple doors down for a drink, food, and music. Afterward retreat back to your condo and relax listening to the ocean waves on the balcony.
