“Excellent hotel”

“If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in the Brainerd Lakes area that is not on the water, this is a great option.”

“Would stay here again”

“Was a great stay! No troubles at all. It was like it was our own personal home.Would definitely book again. codes for doors worked great. Beds were comfortable. The only trouble we had was having a enough hot water for 8 people. reported it and worked perfect the next day!”

“We rented this cabin for a week, because my family needed a quiet place to stay during and after the death and funeral of my father. The problems were: 1. No instructions were given beforehand on how to access the cabin, so I had to call Vrbo, who had to call the owner, who forgot I was checking in that day. 2. “Had an amazing time staying at this property. Poker table and large tv in the game room was definitely appreciated”

“Very nice and easy to check in. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed spending time with our grandson there!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful”

“Sent questions to the host and called and left a voicemail. The only answers were prepped responses saying they would get back to me. They never answered the questions, and I got the same canned responses when I checked out. This property is mislabeled as a B and B. It is not, it is a hotel. Decent place with very helpful onsite staff.”

“Definitely need more towels or better access to them , room needs tissues and or paper towels with the kitchen set up.”

“We were surprised to find out the bed was a queen when it was advertised as a king in the description. Also, didn’t expect the cleaning list upon our check out”
