“The location is great. Everything else is awful. I was with elderly parents with mobility issues. We tried to contact the host to find a place to drop luggage or check in early, but the host was unable to accommodate us. Ok, I get it, but the "text" number told me to "show up early and hope we could get in." And that they couldn't guarantee access until same-day. That wasn't the worst infraction, though, by far. “Everything about the stay was amazing. Quiet area with street parking and offstreet parking. Close to everything and the part that impressed me the most is how much thought went into the little things like toiletries and coffee.”
