The house was very comfortable for our family of 10. Very spacious and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room and things to do to accommodate everyone. Close to shopping and activities. Requested service for a minor issue with dryer and it was fixed shortly thereafter and even received extra towels to accommodate. Hot tub and grill were perfect for our stay

What a fantastic place!

We loved everything about it! Private, close to the beach, right by lots of shops/restaurants, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds… this place has it all! We had multiple families on a beach trip, and it was wonderful! If we go back to Myrtle Beach, we will stay here for sure!

Spring break training/softball

This property was beautiful! Gorgeously decorated, clean, very comfortable, close to everything, very spacious and perfect for our dog! The hot tub was a great amenity for the chilly evenings too. A perfect choice if you’re coming to N Myrtle

The house is very spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. It’s close to the beach and had all the cooking utensils needed. It’s great for large families. The beds are very comfortable. The only drawbacks is parking and the Wi-Fi is not great.

Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, Close to beach

This is a great place for larger families to enjoy time together. Plenty of activities if you want to stay indoors-games, Foosball table, 2 pool tables, ping pong. Plenty of TV's. Large enough for privacy, but a large family room for all to gather in. Very nice.

Hot tub was great and all the fun games inside!! We loved it. Only thing was WiFi did not work very well so tvs had to have our hot spot connected to be able to watch tv. Everything else was GREAT!

Short walk to the beach but very nice place!

Our family of 14 really enjoyed our stay here at Strand Ave Estate! Plenty of sleeping space, kitchen appliances & utensils and fun. Needed more towels so had to continue to wash them and the view that we expected is now a house being built, but we still enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and the staff even came and drained and cleaned the hot tub for us. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Hurricane vacation

I forgot to pay my travel insurance and hurricane warnings were advised. Therefore our vacation was cut shor and we lost money because we only stayed 2 out of 4 nights. We enjoyed what time we spent here. It’s a nice place and everyone enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Internet was down and that meant no tv.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our stay at this home. The house was clean and getting in was easy. The hot tub never went above 99 degrees. I reached out to maintenance who came to check it but didn’t know how to repair it and I never got any followup or apology. It was disappointing but our only problem. Otherwise everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again with the expectation that we wouldn’t have a hot tub.

Great beach house with steps

The home is lovely but if navigating steps are not your thing, this model may not be best fit for you. There are stairs. Beyond that the home is nicely decorated and relaxing. The televisions and WiFi can be sketchy - when you have savvy people struggle to get them to working that’s not good. But I’m optimistic this will be fixed soon.

Roomy house and short walk to beach

The inside of house was neat & clean. Temperature control was very good. More small trash cans were needed since only one bathroom had one. TV worked fine as did internet access. The yard off the patio needed cleaning. Many small brown socks were scattered around the vegetation. A large oil spot after the right garage entrance was there when we arrived.

The place is really very nice and convenient to the beach.There are good activities with pool table and pingpong. However there were issues:1. The gas in the gas grill ran out after 2 uses.2. No beach towels were in the unit (that should have been mentioned in the ad). Thus we had to purchase 7 beach towels which we could have easily brought with us had we known.3. Supplies in the house were very sparse. (dishwashing detergent for one load, not enough paper towels, 4 The dryer did not work which was a major issue with the number of people we had. We had to use damp clothing because of the nonfunctioning dryer. Because of all these issues it would be hard to recommend this unit unless all these were corrected

Tons of space

The place is nice and we enjoyed it but there were a few issues. There is a large house under construction behind it, so you can no longer see the ocean as their pictures depict. The microwave didn’t work. There was no remote for the upstairs game room. The grass was not maintained at all. Probably like 3-4 feet tall. They did bring us a microwave and remote 2 days into the stay. The rooms are all really nice and the house has a ton of space. It’s only a few blocks walk to the beach as well. I would recommend it overall

Great location

This house is spacious, in a great location, close to beach access as well as shops and restaurants. Safe area with many amenities within a short driving area. We did have an issue with the outlets in the 2 main bathrooms not working at all and no GFI to reset (unsafe). So no one could actually get ready in a bathroom, had to blow dry and curl/straighten hair in bedrooms with no mirrors. Called the number given and reported this twice and was told someone would get back to us and fix it but we never heard a word from anyone. Also, one room of toilet paper per bathroom, one room of paper towels, one dishwasher packet,and one single dishtowel. So if you're staying longer than a day or 2 make sure you bring all your supplies.

Has potential but not quite there!

Overall, we had an okay stay. Likely not to rent again or use Vacasa again as they were not unresponsive to any of the calls made during our stay. The pictures are a bit old as there is a huge house sitting right in front of the home which blocks the water view. Also, all outdoor furniture was completely rusted or cushions filthy. Pictures show newer furniture with no rust. The table was so bad the top layer of metal was peeling off. The painting is chipping off the porch floor. When we enter the house it is much better however, we could tell it had not be wiped down in weeks. There were dead bugs on the floor, the toilets had water lines in the toilets, there were food particles in between the wood planks of the kitchen table, even a residue on the counter tops. The WiFi did not work for us the entire weekend. I called multiple times to share the cleanliness and lack of WiFi working. Spoke with 2 different people who said our concerns would be addressed and nothing. Not even a follow up phone call. Pros: the beds are comfy, water pressure was nice, and pretty spacious and accommodating for the number of guest we had. Also, it’s very close to the beach- beach was amazing. Provided some beach chairs which was nice as well. Overall, with improvements it could be a nice rental despite the huge house blocking the entire view.
