    Professionally managed by The Lexvest Group. Water's edge! Enjoy this deluxe beach-side condo with expansive Provincetown Harbor views, direct beach access, and private deck with outdoor furniture. Recently renovated with updated interiors, bringing the luxury of contemporary comfort right to the water's edge.



    The Space:

    Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, along with a dishwasher - a perfect spot to prepare a memorable feast! This property features 1 queen bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat Screen TVs in both the living area and bedroom, as well as A/C and WiFi throughout. Large closets provide ample storage, so book a longer stay! Outside you will enjoy your exclusive use deck, along with a large common deck and 3 common gas grills for all to use.

    The Neighborhood:

    East Harbour 13 is right on the P-town shuttle route; step out the door and hop a ride to P Town.



    Enjoy Ptown: fabulous dining, great clubs, beautiful beaches, art galleries, sailing, kayaking, biking the streets or great nearby National Seashore trails. Local rentals for bikes, boats, and kayaks. Special Attractions: Nightclubs & entertainment, National Seashore, Ptown Harbor, Ptown Tennis Club's , Truro's spectacular Highland Links golf course, Wellfleet's expansive Mass Audubon area.



    Getting Around:

    Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.



    Other Things to Note:

    • Pets are permitted with prior approval and payment of the pet fee(s). Please inform us promptly upon booking about the type, age, and name(s) of pet(s). Pet fee is $50 per pet per night. For Airbnb bookings, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total amount paid at booking; it will be collected separately after the reservation is confirmed.



    • There is a $25 fee for any lost or unreturned keys.



    • Smoking: all Lexvest properties are smoke-free. To respect the homeowner and other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within 50 yards of buildings and/or outdoor amenities. If you smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $1,000 smoke remediation fee.



    • Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.



    • Drones and fireworks are prohibited on property.



    • Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



    • Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.



    • Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.



    • No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.



    • Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $59 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.



    • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: during the busy summer season, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If you are interested in arriving early or departing late, please contact us in advice. If we are able to assist, we reserve the right to charge a small fee, which helps us recoup the cost of rescheduling cleaners.

    We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.

Perfect setting, great condo

The view and the setting are spectacular. The condo is well appointed and has everything two or three people need for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Great escape

Comfortable accommodations and great location. Everything was clean and Susan was very responsive to our questions. Walking along the beach at sunset was the best!!!!

A great beach getaway

We stayed here for a week in August that happened to be Carnival week in Ptown. This space gave us the best of all worlds. It was an easy bike into Ptown, but we could escape the crowds to enjoy the quiet of the beach right outside the door. The space is clean and bright and very functional (as nice as the pictures, if not nicer!) The parking was easy. We brought our dog and enjoyed walks on the beach with her. It was a beautiful week by the water.

A special spot

Apartment is modest for more than 2 people, but clean and bright, with gorgeous light. And the views, the shared deck from which one can sit and watch birds fly in and out of a collection of birdhouses, the beach access, and the quiet, welcoming community of low-key dog-lovers, are all truly wonderful. It was hard to leave!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was the perfect size for two people! The private bath to the beach allowed me to go whenever I wanted to. It was also conveniently located not too far away from Commercial St.! Can't wait to go back :)

Overall it was a great property on the bay side. Beautiful beaches are 15-40 min drive. The rental was small but renovated. I would stay here again.
