On the 1st floor, you’ll find a cozy Sitting Area complete with a Flat Screen TV, offering a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. This space also features a convenient Murphy Bed, making it a versatile area for additional sleeping options when needed. A convenient Half Bath is also located on this level, providing added comfort and accessibility.
Wandering upstairs to the 2nd floor, you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, which features modern Stainless Appliances and a spacious layout with tons of counter space, great for cooking meals together. A large Breakfast Bar with seating for 4 makes it easy to chat while the chef whips up a meal, or a great spot to grab a quick snack before heading to the Beach, just a short stroll away. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and even more spacious than we expected. The location is about 0.3 miles from the beach and easily walkable. While it’s not the most private spot due to the nearby bus stop and close proximity of neighboring houses, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the property overall. The place was very clean and well decorated. The home looks brand new and barely stayed in. There is plenty of room for a large family as the home has four different floors. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Communication with the host was very easy if we needed something. Some things of note that are out of the control of the host was the front faces the street where a city bus stop is located and several buses stop and park throughout the day. The property is within walking distance to the beach but you are unable to cross directly from the street the property is located so will need to walk two blocks to the north or south and then 1-2 blocks to the east to get to the beach. Not a terrible walk at all but something of note if you are carrying several items to the beach. Although well appointed we would have liked to have seen a few additional accessories like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, and maybe a small cart. When in the area we would stay at the property again.
