SAILS II, Unidad 602
En el 6to piso de un edificio de 7 pisos. El huésped suministra sábanas y toallas. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia. AC central Hay una piscina! Hay un lugar de estacionamiento DEDICADO con 602 pintado. Taquilla al aire libre también marca 602 disponible - vacío para que pueda almacenar sus sillas de playa / paraguas, etc.
La unidad tiene vistas increíbles de la bahía y el océano. Dormitorio mira a la bahía y el resto de la unidad está directamente frente al mar. Renovación moderna terminada en febrero de 2018. Todo en la unidad, incluidos los interruptores de luz, son completamente nuevos. Duerme 4 cómodamente. Cama nueva Leesa tamaño king en el dormitorio principal y reina, sofá de alta calidad en la sala de estar.
Diseñamos la unidad pensando en un turista más exigente: para los viajeros que aprecian cosas más agradables y que a cambio se harán cargo de nuestra propiedad.
A poca distancia de todo tipo de restaurantes y está en el norte de OC en una impresionante playa amplia no concurrida.

Great Vacation!

The condo was very nice and the view of the ocean/beach was perfect. Would recommend getting cable TV for future but we were fine without it as we used Smart TV applications. Would stay again and highly recommend. Andrew was great at communication and available if needed.

Sorry to say steaming just go so far. Like to watch reg tv every once in a while. Also your ac is too loud at night also the bedroom gets too warm we slept every night with no covers.. besides that location was great, this usnt the first time we stayed at sails 2 and sails 1, first time we had a 1 bedroom. Apt style and all the essentials were what you need. Thank you for having us.

Great Location and Condo

We spent the weekend in OC for a concert festival and the location was perfect for what we needed. Andrew was very helpful with directions and instructions to checking in. The updates to the condo were great and view from the balcony was awesome! Weather did not cooperate as much as we liked, but will definitely be back and hoping Andrew's condo will be available for us to choose from. thanks again!

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. Initial access was easy and the place was spotless upon entry. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The small vacuum allows guests to keep up with the inevitable sand that comes inside from the beach. Mattress is comfortable. Andrew is very responsive to any needs we may have. We did miss having cable tv but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. 👍👍👍

Met our needs

Unit was very nice. Great location. Clean. I would recommend to owner to invest in an antenna. They are cheap and guests could at least watch the local channels. We don’t have cable, never have, but we get over 40 channels with our antenna. Also, some outlets don’t work. One has tape over it. We would stay here again.

The location is great. Not crowded on beach and great balcony looking at ocean. Foxes in dunes below- so entertaining. Owner got rid of cable so there was only Netflix. Didn’t like that. Only supply for us was one roll of toilet paper and a partial roll of paper towels. Also no hair dryer. Felt a bit misled. Not many cooking pots / pans/ accessories/ sharp knives… was a good place if you didn’t want to stay home to eat. Dishwasher leaked all over floor when we tried to use it so no dishwasher. I prefer a place that is “beachier” in decor, and more well-stocked. But we still had a great week on the balcony and beach!

Almost a Perfect 10!!!

This is a wonderful condo!!!! Everything is new! The decor and layout is great! truly appreciated the "extras" ... like having coffee pods available to start our stay! The host was readily available/responsive throughout our stay. So to have made this a perfect 10 for us, we would have liked to have had cable access. This may be due our age....otherwise it was a fantastic place!!!!

Quiet stay in OC

We had a great time taking our infant on his first vacation. The condo had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The building and neighborhood were quiet with plenty to do nearby. Great communication with the owners. Hopefully we will be back someday!

Clean, Comfortable with a Fantastic Ocean View

Had a wonderful vacation here. My wife and I picked this place because of the fantastic ocean view and access to the beach, but it delivered much more. This place was super clean and nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the sofa and chairs. Oh, and communication with owners was great. The only downside...is that we had to leave! We will definitely plan to come again.

Perfectly situated

My second time staying here and may I just say again—it is perfectly situated! Oceanfront with spectacular views and easy beach access. Locker for chairs and umbrella is super convenient. And so is the designated parking spot. Everything you need to cook is there for those nights you don’t want to spend $ on restaurants or takeout food. But, restaurants are also conveniently close by. Quiet location. Can’t wait to stay here again!

June Vacation

The place was very nice and clean. The updated place was tastefully done. Just a few suggestions to make it better: a high table to go with the high chairs on the patio for drinks and snacks would be ideal. There was an outlet on the wall behind the chair that did not work but it didn't impede us but should be fixed. Also a shelf in the shower or a shower caddy to put your soap, shampoo and conditioner would be a plus. The air conditioning and washing machine are loud but at least they worked. The storage area for beach stuff was a plus we didn't expect. The beach was not as crowded as some other places we stayed at previously because those big high rise condos were further away. I appreciated the frosted mugs in the freezer. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here. Andrew was so nice and very accommodating. He also responded right away to any questions that we had. The condo is exactly like the pics and spotless. Bed was very comfortable as well. Beautiful oceanfront views. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Nice Off-season Getaway

This is our third stay here and it was perfect as always. Space is perfect for a couple. Love the view and neighborhood. Appreciated the new coffeemaker and larger mugs! Will definitely plan a return visit.
