Very homey feel and extremely close to all attractions. Just a short walk from our favorite restaurant and the beach. Plenty of space for a family to stay in comfort!

The place was beautiful and the location was awesome. I had to call Vacasa to bring more towels and washcloths,,, simply wasn’t enough for 5 adults for 5 nights. They responded immediately and brought more right to the condo within 30 minutes. Very good service!!!! Will definitely be going back there!

I love the location. I had some issues with the unit when I first arrived, but the staff was sent out to fix it. But at the same token, they shouldn’t have to have been sent out.

Comfortable and homey

Condo was in a great location with a wonderful view over the bay. Plenty of windows with lots of light. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The condo was very clean with extra touches that made for an enjoyable stay, e.g. Keurig coffeemaker, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil and storage bags, spice rack, salt and pepper. Most condo services don't furnish these so we were very appreciative.

Beautiful, clean unit. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Great view. All in all, the unit was beautiful, and we defiantly loved and enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Most importantly it was very clean and smelled very clean upon entry. We had only one parking pass and problems getting onto the WiFi but within minutes TurnKey Vacations answered both of my texts and issues were immediately resolved. We have used VRBO before and both TurnKey and VRBO were excellent to deal with. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Most importantly it was very clean and smelled very clean upon entry. We had only one parking pass and problems getting onto the WiFi but within minutes TurnKey Vacations answered both of my texts and issues were immediately resolved. We have used VRBO before and both TurnKey and VRBO were excellent to deal with. I would definitely stay at this condo again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Lovely Bayside Condo

Lovely comdo with beautiful views of the bay. Great balcony offering sunset views. The unit was as described Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed birding in the morning and early evening. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The downsides were hearing neighbors through the wall at night and having smokers next door. Also there was only one parking pass instead of the two that were advertised. Conversations with management company dragged on for our three day stay were fruitless and frustrating. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice rental. Will stay here again!

Very nice condo. Clean. Great balcony view of sunsets. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a few paper products and cleaning products (soap) provided by the owner and Turnkey. Nice coffee maker(s). Parking spaces are small. Two spaces, ok for us but if you have a 3rd car you may have a problem finding street parking. Cooking pans need to be updated/replaced. Overall great stay. Thank you!

This is a beautiful unit with all amenities! Includung a spectacular view! Clean and comfortable!

My party and I stayed at this condo unit for 3 nights/4 days and enjoyed every minute. The bedrooms are perfect for families or groups. The balcony and view boasts quiet and beautiful sunsets. The unit was fully stocked including a kurig Coffee machine, linens, towels for each bedroom, and every thing you could possibly need to cook anything you buy. It was super close to shopping and activities on the strip as well as a hop, skip and a jump from the beach just across the strip. The dishwasher broke while we were there, and TurnKey was amazingly quick to come a assess the issue. We are still waiting on our partial refund for the inconvenience, but the communication was very great! . Overall we liked our stay so much we wanted to extend our trip, however this unit is in such demand that it was booked. We really hope to stay here again next year, just longer next time 😊

Great location & spacious condo

The location of the condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was cleaned for the most part. The living area felt like it could have been cleaned a little better. The rooms were spacious, especially the master. We enjoyed the back patio and the view. We would stay here again!
