The Space is a big room inside a guest house, with private kitchen and private bathroom.
Suite #1 is the master room of the house, it is on the second floor, comes with 2 comfortable queen size beds, a large night table with 3 drawers, a luxurious oversized PRIVATE BATHROOM, shower and double sinks. The room is equipped with a PRIVATE KITCHEN that has a stove with 2 electric burners, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Dining room 4 stalls, 65"TV with direct access to Netflix, 2 star chairs and a spacious dressing room. The house features central A/C that flows into every bedroom and part of the house. We have specialized cleaning staff and will always be attentive to what you need.*-

The home has 2 levels and 4 bedroom home open for bookings from other guests who have great recommendations. Bit contact with other guests, it is a very reserved and quiet place. The house is designed to have little contact between guests. The only common areas are the stairs and the entrance.

Parking is free! You can park in front of the house or you can do it in the driveway of the bay that is in front of the accommodation. No access to garage. Parking on the grass is prohibited.

In the accommodation you will find an access card to the Community Resort area: Exclusive Water Park for children, large swimming pool, golf course, beach volleyball court, gym. You do not have to pay any additional fees. The access card you will need to take care of it and return it at checkout, if you lose it there will be a $100 fee.

*No pets are allowed in Suite #1. We only allow pets of service only and exclusively in the first floor room, under strict stay measures and policies. Don't worry, you won't have contact with any pets.
* Guests must meet the maximum occupancy in the room.
* If you wish to arrive early for Check in, please contact us to review availability and help.

*For lost, lost, stained or damaged items the total cost of replacement will be charged.

* The loss of the Resort access card will cost $100 USD

* This is a Non-smoking accommodation, if guests smoke or vape during your stay you will be charged $100 USD fee.
