I am sorry to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property from July 18, 2025, to July 22, 2025. A series of significant issues greatly diminished the quality of our experience.Upon arrival, despite having a gate and door code, we were told a QR code was required for entry. This led to a two-hour wait at another location to obtain the code.Once inside, several amenities were non-functional: the gas grill, freezer, ice maker, and dishwasher. The non-functional freezer resulted in the spoilage of our perishable food items.We reported these issues immediately and were assured they would be addressed. Despite repeated follow-ups, the problems remained unresolved. On the fourth day, we were promised a full refund, but it was not processed after checkout. Upon contacting them, we were informed the refund was not approved.These issues, along with the unfulfilled refund promise, made our stay incredibly challenging. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly and clarify the status of our refund.
