The house was just as described. Quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown PS. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Jacuzzi was super easy to work and heated up quickly. Enjoyed the pool table. The home has two living rooms with 65 inch Roku TVs. The property manager was quick to address an issue and had it taken care of promptly. Very clean, comfortable home. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Steve and Vy!

Wonderful Home!

We had such a lovely stay! The house is well-appointed, complete with all the kitchen tools and appliances you might need, a pool (and hot tub) with pool toys, a billiards table, putting green, cornhole, fire pit, 2 well-functioning cruiser bikes, and a lot of board games and puzzles. My family was able to relax, soak up the sun, and experience all that Palm Springs has to offer. Highly recommmend this house. The owners were very communicative and resppnsive.

Lovely home base for exploration

We stayed at 16Palms for 4 nights. It is a lovely, comfortable home converted to a vacation rental with fun Mid Century Modern accents. The home was fresh and clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and flawless. Both the host and the manager were always quick to respond. The kitchen is updated and well appointed with excellent clean quality cookware, utensils and appliances. It is a narrow galley-style kitchen, so two people working in there was a bit awkward for us. The master bed was comfy. LOVE the pool and spa - it was so hot (106) during our stay that we didn't need the pool or spa heated. We used the firepit once; it was lovely and easy to operate but we didn't want extra heat the other nights. The bikes are on the heavy side and they provided great recreation. The snooker cues had no felt tips so we didn't play pool. The neighborhood was very quiet; we rarely heard traffic or neighbors. The location was very convenient to our errands and excursions to the Tram and Museums and Olde Palm Springs. It was a nice, cool, large place to hang out during the hot afternoons. I'd contact 16Palms again if I get another chance to visit Palm Springs .

Amazing stay at Palm Springs

We had a great stay at Vy’s property - great location, plenty of amenities, spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked! Vy was extremely responsive and the check-in process was easy. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing vacation!

AMAZING Home and Location.. one of the best in Palm Springs!!!

My family and I had a fair share of staying at plenty of vacation rentals and I have to say this mid-century house was AMAZING and one of the best!!! You can tell it’s newly remodeled so everything is so new and clean. It was tastefully decorated and had everything that my family and I needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of pool toys for everyone to enjoy! The backyard was a dreamy oasis and we sure spent quite an amount of time in the nicely heated pool. The house feels a lot bigger than most Palm Springs homes since it had 3 separate living areas (living room, entertainment/pool room, family room) so everyone had plenty of personal space. We took turns riding the 2 bikes that the owners provided around the neighborhood and nearby downtown to get coffee every morning. Great communication from the owners. WORTH every penny, we’ve already secured a future booking in November. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return!!!

Perfect Palm Springs Experience

Vy's place is an ideal setting for a trip to Palm Springs - you honestly won't want to leave the house. It's spacious, immaculate, and so relaxing. We loved being able to hang by the pool, bike to downtown for coffee, and enjoy the comfortable spaces to hang out inside. Pool table was a bonus, too. Vy is a wonderful host as well - super responsive and easy to work with. Location of house is close to downtown and centrally located for all of the fun PS as to offer. We will definitely book again if we return to Palm Springs (although thinking of coming just with girlfriends and lose the kids to fully enjoy the setting!). Thanks Vy!

Wonderful escape

Loved our quiet escape to the desert and the accommodations couldn't have been better. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so close to town. The cleanliness and instructions for the home were greatly appreciated. Great communication with owners. We loved spending time in the backyard pool and spa with the mountains and palm trees as the backdrop. Hope to be back!

Fabulous Home and Location!

My family loved our time at Vy and Stephen's beautiful home. Fantastic location in Palm Springs. The perfect home from which to relax, enjoy the pool, barbecue, and spend time with family! Great communication with the hosts and property manager as well. Will definitely be back!

Modern home in beautiful neighborhood

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this property as well as the owners and manager. Communication was very prompt. Spent a considerable time in the backyard with heated pool. Comfy bedrooms. Kitchen was petite, however perfectly equipped and with new appliances. Coffee and condiments were stocked. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!
