The check in process was very frustrating, even though I spoke with multiple women in adavnce. We were told to wait for the property manager, who was an hour and a half late. Whenever I called or texted to find out how soon she would be there, I was told it was because of "traffic" and the wait time kept increasing. When she arrived she said "Why didn't you just go in? All I needed to show you was the hurricane doors." We didn't go in because we were told not to, so our whole party waited outside for 90 minutes. Really a bummer of a way to start your stay. That being said, we enjoyed the house and the location was great. Wish the kitchen would've been a bit better stocked and organized. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and another wonderful service person told us she would see if they would provide it. They did, but this set me off again. Customer service could be much improved.
