“Lovely 3 story cottage with lots of space. So close to Ambleside centre but so quiet! Amazing walks for dogs within 5 minutes of the property which was great. Gorgeous views too from top bedroom in particular. Would definitely stay again.”

“Apartment was really nice, roomy and comfortable, ideal for two couples. I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids due to proximity to a bar and noise in the evening. Only other niggle was that while the apartment was well kitted out in general, we had to go out and buy hand wash and toilet roll. Not ideal if arriving late and those are expected provisions in my mind. Overall though, I would recommend as handy central location and it was in good condition. View from the living room was...

“A great property. Excellent location, in a quiet location but also very close to the shops. The kitchen diner was a great space and well equipped. Three very spacious bedrooms, the fourth was small but ok. Only grumble would be the tv rather small and hand soap dispenser was empty. Would certainly recommend”

“Lovely little cottage on the outskirts of Ambleside. Nicely decorated, with comfy bed and fully kitted kitchen. Owners have provided board games and leaflets/info of area. Please note it is an old property with very steep stairs and tight doorways upstairs. Tricky for those with mobility issues or small children.”
