“I recently stayed at this place and overall, the amenities were great everything was well-equipped and convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sheets had several stains, including what looked like blood and yellow discoloration on both the sheets and pillows. There was also a lot of hair on the carpets and around the room, which made it feel unclean. If the cleanliness is improved, this place would be a much better experience.”

“Access codes they gave to the apt didn't work. They took a lot to reply and I had to stay the night at another place. They refuse to gave a refund for that night. I strongly recommend not to book here if you want to save your time and money.”

“Loved the property. Great little kitchenette and nice space to relax in. Really good to have a parking space.Good location close to Lady Bird Lake Trails. Managed a walk each morning before the heat began to rise. Exactly as described. Thank you Sarah ”

“Had an amazing stay from Sunday to Wednesday with my girlfriend. The place was super clean, peaceful, and felt really comfortable the whole time. Loved the easy check-in with the door code—made things so simple. Definitely planning to come back here next time we’re in Austin!”

“We visited Austin for a specific event, so we have not explored the area or city, but really appreciated a small green park nearby for a short walk and a few nice restaurants for affordable and delicious lunches and dinners. The most important for us was to have a good night rest which we did in this quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds in the apartment. The only drawback for us was a lack of fresh produce at the walking distance.”
