Great place with great location

We have stayed in this area many times and this is the best location. The house was exactly as described; beautiful and comfy. There were many board games available, although we did not take advantage. The outside has several places to sit and eat or sit and enjoy the fire pit, or use the gas fire pit. We live in Flagstaff, but really enjoy the Pinetop/Lakeside area. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

Looks are deceiving.

Nice looking house. Several defects however. Wobbly commode in MB.Freezer was filthy. Cupboard contained opened boxes and packs of food like sugar, flour, spices. Toilet paper holder in bathrooms were loose from the wall and the other did not accommodate a roll of tissue. Nor was there enough tissue supplied for 5 adults and 6 days and nights. No screens on doors to open the sliding doors and let in the cool air. Broken and torn screens on two windows.No cleaning products were supplied for counter wipe downs or sink rinses. Drive way lights were loose and broken and did not light properly. Outside trash containers were filled with rotting bags of garbage and diapers. Would not stay here again.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location. The open spacious living and kitchen area gave our larger party a lot of room. The backyard has a lot of outdoor comfortable furniture. Only complaint is that the bunks are a little wobbly so our teens didn’t not feel comfortable sleeping on them. Just wish they were more solid. But they worked great for the littler kids.

Beautiful home allowed us some much needed downtown

Loved our stay! Very open floor plan with a beautiful fireplace to relax in front of. Kitchen well stocked, all linens provided, amazing leather sectional, and mattress super comfortable. Showers were very clean and we never ran out of hot water (this is a huge deal to us) Highly recommend for families….beautiful backyard with lots of fun games.

Run to the Pines Car Show

We attend the Run to the Pines car show every year with my 80+ parents and son who enter two cars in the show. This house was super clean, and open and spacious. The property manager responded quickly when I texted. We really enjoyed the outdoor set up with a fire each night in the fire pit. So much so that we are going to put a fire pit in our back yard just like it. At absolutely no fault to the home owners, my only warning is the beds are hard. So, be prepared for that. We are used to soft beds. This house was perfect. We look forward to our next visit to Pinetop and We’d ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!!!

My husband and I went for a weeklong getaway with our two young girls and this was the perfect property. Exceptionally clean, stocked with all the basic necessities (plus some extras), we felt at home the entire time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in the forest

We came here for a weekend to escape the heat and it was wonderful. I got a text from the owner that morning with all the details about check in etc, getting to the house was easy and it was better than the pictures, super clean and had really everything we needed! Our kids loved the house, the bunk beds and the backyard was perfect for them. We will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and Cool in the Pines!

This is a beautiful newer home, in a great location and set up perfectly for Family get togethers. The property is very clean and has a great back patio with chairs, lounges, fire pit, etc. From booking, to the many smart little touches, this is an excellent VRBO!!
