Everything is true

Like you I read the reviews and to be honest was skeptical but my host was kind and not intrusively all. Best of all it was quiet. Sitting outside in Ann’s backyard I heard nothing but birds. A great find and would not hesitate to rebook.

Great little getaway!

Great location, close to New Port Richey, parks and beaches. Private little bedroom full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Shared living space, but bedroom is nice and cosey. Parking is tight and you have to back out into traffic past a big bush that limits visibility. Host was friendly and professional.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I spent all of February at Anna's place. You can't do better for the money. Anna was very accommodating and offered great advice on anything we asked about. We really enjoyed the view of the wild life in the canal from her back porch. Easy place to stay and tour everything in the area. P.S. We miss Bandit, he was a joy to share the house with.

Such a great find

Anna's house is perfect for a solo traveler. I spent a full week there and enjoyed talking to her about the local scene, getting recommendations, etc. It was my first time staying with a Premier Host and she set a high bar. Everything was clean, tidy, organized with no surprises. Her little dog Bandit is a pleasure to be around and won't intrude in your space.Only 5 miles from Tarpon Springs. Driveway parking was perfect. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. A bonus waking up listening to birds and then watching tall birds frolicking in the water out back.Looking forward to re-booking next year!

My wife needed to wash toilet when we Arrived clean dust in room. Sleepless night because of dust conditions. Not enough privacy. Should be a door between landlord kitchen and rented area. Curtain in between does not feel private.

Pleasant, Clean, Comfortable, Friendly!

This was a very easy check-in, check-out process. It is a shared space, so the owner is there, which was no problem at all. Anna was easy to talk to, but also didn’t intrude. My area was separate from hers, bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house with the kitchen/dining/living in the middle. Private bathroom. Easy, convenient parking, coming and going was easy with electronic lock. Beautiful view out back with a canal in the back.

Annal’s Pad

Both Anna and her dog made us welcome. We enjoyed sharing her screened in patio watching all kinds of water fowl. We were very comfortable and would definitely return.

Thoughts

Anna does a GREAT job anticipating her guest's needs and is very accommodating and friendly. We felt secure and private in our space. Location super and economical for our experiencing the Pinellas Trail and Tarpon Springs

COMFORTABLE, ENJOYABLE

Room offers privacy at one end of home, very nice accommodations, beautiful bath, lots of amenities. Host Anna was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay while exoring Tarpon Springs and St. Pete Beach.

Awesome Stay

This was my first time staying with a Premier Host. Anna & her co-host “Bandit” were amazing! I prefer to stay alone. I booked this because I was low on funds. This was an awesome first experience with a Premier host.

Nice stay, Competitive price

My brother and I stayed at Anna's house for a few days while we had to get things in order for my ailing parents. The room was nice with a nice waterside view. House was quiet, even with her awesome dog Bandit. Anna was very hospitable. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Anna's Place

We really appreciated the chance to stay at Anna's place. It was very clean and neat. She was very patient with us when our plane came in late and we arrived even later. We had the opportunity to visit with her little companion, Bandit. He was a joy. Many thanks to her for all her kindnesses while we stayed.

Very comfortable bed - clean room — very clean shower an bathroom. Really enjoyed Bandit- I would highly recommend this property.
