We got in around 1 am and were given the wrong code so had to sleep in the wrong unit that hadn’t been cleaned. When I messaged the host they kept telling me that we should be in the correct unit if we used the side door (which we did, but it led to the incorrect unit) even after I explained that we tried the code on both doors and it only worked on the dirty unit door. When I asked to talk to them on the phone to try to explain the situation better they said that they would call later. Someone in our party called them and left a message and then the host messaged me with new instructions. The new unit was much better but had some issues like the toilet not being bolted down and the floor being dirty. If we had initially gotten into the correct unit I would stay here again, but after that whole scenario I won’t stay here again.
