“We had a great time at Pagitt House. The location is central to everything you’d want to do in Key West. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with whatever you might need.”

“Great location and nice accommodations. Very enjoyable trip. Located right by Duvall Loop free trolly so no reason to pay for the old Town Trolly. Only negative is I don’t like having to wash dishes and put away, having to strip beds and do their laundry. This is my vacation so I could do these things at home. Manager helped 2 old people with our luggage because we thought the elevator was out of order. He even took it up the stairs to our bedroom. So nice and helpful!”

“This home was wonderful! House had all we needed and was very comfortable. Fully gated yard which was perfect for our dog. It was in such a quiet and peaceful part of town that we sat on the deck and enjoyed the small pool every day. We walked into town each day and we explored all of Old Town from the North end (great marina, restaurants and view) to the South end (great views, restaurants and shopping). Would absolutely recommend this home and would we definitely would rent here next time!”

“Rich and Laura provided a wonderful property for our stay in the Keys. It was a quick and enjoyable 30-minute drive to Key West. The resort was beautiful and we could see the canals and a quick golf cart ride to the big water. Wish we could have stayed longer. If I dreamed up the perfect beach house, this would be it! “If you like being right downtown in the middle of shops, restaurants and entertainment this place is for you. We parked our car upon arrival and never used it until check out. This is the perfect house for two or maybe three people. We really had a great time.”

“My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.”

“The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!”

“My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!”
