The room itself was relatively clean. We stayed two nights and they didn't clean the room between days nor did they bring us clean towels. This was not made known to us at check-in. There was only one garbage can in the room so we had to empty it ourselves after the first day. On the day we were checking out I witnessed a drug deal going on just below our room. Also even though the rooms are non-smoking people are allowed to smoke right outside their doors. I had the fan on on the air conditioner and all it did was suck in the smoke from outside the neighboring rooms into our room. I would not stay at this property again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

Non-smoking is a joke

Their rooms are designated as “non-smoking”, however they leave chairs and ash trays outside in front of the rooms and the smokers sit in the walkway smoking and smoke seeps into the rooms. I had to leave the AC off to avoid having more sucked in. It is impossible to get to your room without inhaling the other patrons’ smoke.

Disaster!!!

There was a hole in the bathtub that had been covered with masking tape, multiple flies in the room because weather stripping on door was absent & flies had easy & constant access to the room. The door handles were sticky & we removed a lot of dirt from them. There was no phone and no batteries and no back on the tv remote. There was food left in the microwave. We left with the hour and were refunded the room cost. We went to the Clarion Inn and only paid $15 more per night for a wonderful and CLEAN room & it was well worth it!!

Good motel for handicapped.

Very accommodating to suggested add-ons for handicap accessible improvements. Room was large, great for my wheelchair.

2 week road trip.....worst three night of sleep ! It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Mr Mac @ front desk didn;t provide another option or another room The answer is to invest in comfortable mattresses That was the only problem . Everything else was ok area , Mr Mac helpful with area, parking, room size

Parking was behind hotel and too many cars were parking in front lock blocking the entrance and parking on not designated spots. Also the room stunk like cigarettes and the air conditioning unit was falling out of the wall almost, the buttons to adjust the temperature and just the normal on off buttons were broken and gone. When I complained for being charged about $100 overprice for quality and experience, I was told that the clerk Princess could not give me the name of the manager to request the discount for not being able to work a broken air conditioning unit. I want a discount ASAP and will be contacting HQ

It’s an old building and they likely do their best with what they have. It may have been clean but with the aged and stained carpet and furniture it was hard to know for sure. The mattress was older then I keep mine, but ultimately the room served its purpose. In the future I would opt to pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

When we booked it we selected the late check in, we were supposed to be contacted about the check in procedure. About a half hour before they close we started calling because we still hadn’t heard anything. We left voice mails and both my wife and I called multiple times. When they finally did answer we were told to not worry and they would call us back.. after we’d just not gotten a response for over an hour we were a little worried.

Worst place ever. Air conditioning did not work. Shower did not work. Even if it did work it would have maybe hit my belly. Do not recommend!
