“Horrible!! Me tocó un apartamento lleno de cucarachas al estar en el ground floor. La señora de la oficina me envió a una señora de la limpieza y tiraron un anti cucarachas pero no era suficiente seguía teniendo cucarachas subiendo por las sillas mesas, etc... Horrible!! Me dijeron que si renovaba reserva me pondrían en otro apartamento un segundo. Renové pero no me movieron hasta 3 días después, no dormí durante 3 noches. HORRIBLE!!”

“The personnel was very kind but many shortages of basics things like bed sheets and cutlery. Unluckily the electricity was off for more than 10 hours. The property manager never came up. Was very disappointed in returning calls from Expedia for my claim. I had to leave the property the day after we arrived. First time I had this issue and it was very surprising that a condo style property was listed in Expedia with such a very low level of value and response ”

“In the pictures the place looks nice, and while the property is well taken care off, the apartment itself is not good. First of all, you will be told upon arrival that the electricity is not included and you need to pay for it. Initially i was ok with it, but after coming back from dinner (this happened the same day we checked in) there was no electricity at all in the apartment. We had to sit there over an hour in the dark waiting for the host to “recharge” the service with the electricity...

“Our stay at Miguel’s apartment in Bibijagua, Punta Cana was a dream. Although the street that this property is on is still being developed, the property is sandwiched among resorts. The beach is a five minute walk. There are only three buildings that are closer to the beach. On the way there are simple eateries and souvenir stands. I had read online that the area is “up-and-coming.” I did not find it to be that way. The building, comprised of about 20 apartments, feels like an Italian villa...
