“This place was comfortable and convenient. The property is in an old house, and there isn’t a straight edge in the place. If funky is a problem for you, this will be difficult. But it is in a great location and has off-street parking. However, it is downstairs, and if there are upstairs neighbors, you will hear every footfall. “We visited Savannah to tour SCAD with our Daughter and this was an amazing location and property. We knew we did not want to stay in a normal hotel and experience the character of the city. Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! ”

“The property was great! There was plenty of parking both behind the building and on the street, so did not have to worry about finding a spot. Property to things to do is mostly walkable. The river front is a little far to walk, but only around a 10 minute drive, which is perfect. No difficulties getting into the property, and never felt like we bothered or were bothered by other occupants. Would highly recommend staying here!”
