Spotless linen and towels. Breakfast lovely. Staff delightful and so so helpful but suddenly jobless. I was advised it was shutting within 3 days so had to walk to sister hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast. Shared toilet and shower with 2 other rooms. Room very cold at night so cleaner gave me an electric radiator from another room. This property needs a lot of fuel
Injection to bring it up to standard. Staff worked hard and were brilliant but the hotel was damp, scruffy and certainly seen better days. Sharing bathroom and toilet with up to 5-6 other people unacceptable. I used facilities with people I went to visit. The owner needs lessons in keeping staff morale up !
