"Like it says on the title, be really sure you understand the beach situation on this hotel. There's no "open beach". You won't be able to take a walk on the beach. There will not be waves on the beach. Try to see all the beach photos you can, not only the super wide angle ones that kinda cheat the perspective of the "caletas". Now, with that out of the way, the rest of it is great. Zen restaurant is super recommended. Frida not so much. Buffet is solid enough. Bar is up and down as with every all inclusive. I guess it depends how busy the bartender is and how much you care. Pools are great. Varied and with a great temperature. Service is great most of the times. I'm conflicted on the star rating. It was a big disappointment for my family to realize how this beach is arranged. But that's not really the resort's fault. So just be sure to understand it. Cheers."

"Excelente hotel y su personal lo mejor súper atento , lástima que la playa está llena de sargazo . La comida muy buena . Lo único que no me encantó fue la alberca principal pues la profundidad (1.60) no permite que andes libremente , sobre todo en personas de baja estatura ."
