The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw).
The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean.
There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info.
The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there.
The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily.
I think this did not live up to the photos.
