This is a mixed review and meant to alert the Owners that they need to spend some money on their unit in order to make guests comfortable, especially long term Senior renters. The staff at Sapphire were excellent, always friendly, always helpful. Eddie at the front desk, Stephanie and Samantha in housekeeping and Wifi, a landscaper who leaped to lend a hand or use his machete to provide coconuts. The unit itself, 3D, needs a lot of TLC. Lumpy pillows, a headboard that banged into the wall with every movement, a safe that needed the office master key because the battery cover kept falling off, only one towel rod to accommodate bath towels and hand towels for 2 guests, a toilet that would not stop running, a toilet seat that shifted even after being tightened by staff, no access to the deck off the bedroom and uncomfortable deck furniture. Many units had cosy chairs or bench seats, but this unit only had standard wooden Adirondack chairs. All of these are easily fixed by the owners. When we moved to a different unit, none of these issues existed plus the new unit had better water pressure with a new shower head, kitchen sinks with stoppers that held water, access to the deck off the bedroom, and new black out curtains. Most importantly - a decent sleep on decent pillows and a solid headboard. We are looking forward to our continued long term stay at Sapphire in a unit that has lots of TLC.
