6/10 Aceptable

We paid to stay at a 4 bedroom house and 3.5 bathrooms. Instead, there was only 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which lead to a not comfortable stay. We also did not appreciate receiving in a welcoming email saying that we had to monitor the propane use because we might end with no heat, hot water, and so forth and that it would cost 1,000 to fill and that it would not be filled that same day. At the price we paid to stay, it should not be the renters’ obligation to monitor the propane use, especially when there were other renters staying prior to our stay, but rather the onus should be on the owner or rental agencies to make surel there is enough propane for each renter entering a rental agreement. The carpet, especially the hall looked dirty and dingy but it may be so worn out that it appears dirty and may just need to be replaced. The area rug under the dining room table had holes. The beds were not very comfortable. The views from the house were spectacular.
