Spring break

This was a great house. There was plenty of space. The back patio has a gorgeous view and when the weather is nice would be a fine place to eat (it was a little cold during our March trip.) The only quibble is location makes it a bit of drive to get to many sites around Sedona but still capable of getting to several spots within 30-40 minutes pending traffic. (It was quite busy as we were there during spring break.) We had to call about the batteries running out on one of the smoke detectors and they promptly replied and sent someone over to change it and fix the washer (the hot and cold water tubes were switched.) We had 5 adults (2 elderly) and two school aged kids. My parents enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and said it was quite pleasant. My family sub-unit with kids had the upstairs. Again there was plenty of space for all of us and the rooms were comfortably appointed. There was a closet with games and puzzles for the kids who were delighted to discover it. The kitchen had enough things that we were able cook and eat at the house. Would recommend this gorgeous house - the wood work detail is really phenomenal and you can’t beat the view of Bell Rock.

Annual Family Trip

The location was perfect, the house was clean and the space was great for our large group. The only negative thing I would say would be the rule about not wearing shoes in the house. I completely understand why, but in our case, 8 out of the 12 people in our group were over 70 years old and the floors were slippery for them especially going up and down the stairs. We made it work and still really enjoyed the house.

Great spot for a group

We had a group of friends that came for a long weekend from around the world. The view and property was amazing. It was a great setup with plenty of room to spread out. If you are looking for a property with a great view this is it!

Great Quiet location and Views

Fantastic house, fully stocked and plenty of space. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing views out the back. If you don’t mind the drive into Sedona then this is the place to stay. It’s very residential and quiet. The rooms are quirky so be sure to look at the bed and bath set up for your family. This house also has very steep stairs so our aging parents had to stay up the first floor (where there are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom) Highly recommend

Great Stay for 4 couples

This location is at Village of Oak Creek which is 5 miles away from Sedona. I would highly recommend. This house was Everything that it promised and above. The Village of Oak Creek had the best food abs trails around it. Would recommend this place if you want a quieter Sedona stay. Great house!

Wonderful Location

The property’s location was great for us. View from backyard was spectacular. Dryer did not work and needed a part so no laundry facilities during our stay. Property management very responsive. Hot tub temp was too low to use our first night. Refrigerator lacks a water filter so buy bottled water. Decor downstairs is nice but upstairs is sparse. Beds comfy. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit and grilling out.

Family Vacation

This house was absolutely beautiful. Every light switch was labeled and everything had direction on how to use. There were 6 of us and plenty of room to have our own space. The only thing was, we were there for a week and the garbage was never picked up. Other than that, the views, location and house alone were amazing. Would stay here again!

Perfection

This house was quite literally perfect. The aesthetic was pleasing, it was efficient and functional, no clutter. We all could relax having everything we needed and nothing we didn’t taking up space. We had 4 kids with us and and house stayed clean and tidy, everyone had their own space and the common areas were perfect for us to hangout together. We made so many memories and would recommend the place to everyone we know.

Lovely home with amazing views!

We visited for a ladies' weekend for my sister's 60th birthday. The home is well-equipped with some great amenities (including beautiful backyard with firepit, hot tub, etc.). While it was a little farther into town than I expected, it was well worth it to be in a really nice neighborhood (houses were spaced well apart) and a home with amazing views!

Perfect location, amazing views

Loved everything about this house. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with lots of undeveloped land around but still very close to things in town. We could walk to an excellent trail from the house where we could see all of Sedona from the top. Such a bonus that we didn’t even know was there. Views from the back patio and hot tub are of Bell Rock and you can see both the sunrise and sunset casting beautiful light on the rocks. Picturesque! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Very nice sectional couch with room for all. Rental company was extremely responsive with the one call that we made regarding re-upping chlorine in the hot tub. Would rent again!

Perfect Home!

This home had everything we needed for a girl's trip. The views are phenomenal, rooms were comfortable, and kitchen was a perfect size for hanging out and spending quality time together. The customer service line was super helpful and was able to help us troubleshoot the door locking/unlocking during check-in; they were even so kind as to ship back my Airpods after I left them in the cabin. We'd 100% come back and stay, thank you so much!
