“The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. “We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.”

“The house is cute, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to park out front, easy to find. Excellent breakfast options nearby and quick, easy access to downtown. The bed was comfy, breakfast nook had everything we needed plus a few drinks and snacks (thanks y'all!). Bathroom was spacious. Would stay again. ”

“Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment!
