The accommodation comprises
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
- Sleeping area (bedroom 3 + mezzanine): a queen-size bed (160×200) on the first floor, and a double bed (140×190) on the mezzanine.

Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- The property is semi-enclosed, and includes extensive lawns, a small forest, two ponds, as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy fine weather. The villa is bordered by terraces, one of which is covered.
- A swimming pool (unheated, double alarm system) is open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual depending on weather conditions), with dimensions of 12m x 7m, and its pool house equipped with a barbecue.
- The jacuzzi is accessible only when the pool is closed (from October to the end of May - non-contractual opening dates, weather permitting). It can accommodate 6 people.
- Table tennis

The property is ideally located in Solomiac, in a very pleasant natural setting. Numerous typical villages are within easy reach. A free tennis court in Solomiac is less than 5 minutes away by car. You'll also find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market nearby.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property's private outdoor parking lot (6 to 8 vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Auch train station is the closest, located about 32 km from Solomiac, or about 35 minutes by car.
- Toulouse-Blagnac airport is the nearest, about 55 km away, or about 1 hour by car.
