“We throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was beautiful, with the exception of both the front and back door blinds desperately needing replacement. The pull out couch also had a big tear but did not change our opinion of the condo. The golf cart was a nice perk as were the bikes and many water toys. The condo was exceptionally clean, well supplied with bath linens but could have used another kitchen towel or two. Thank you for a wonderful, we will definitely be back!”

“Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for our family of eight! The elevator made everything so convenient, and the heated splash pool was a fantastic touch. The location was ideal—close to plenty of attractions within walking distance, yet the beach remained peaceful and uncrowded. But the true highlight of our experience was the host, Julie. “The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. “Super nice unit and a great location. Short walk to the beach. Chair rentals and beach bar/restaurant right there. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely come back.”

“Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”

Easy access to the beach, just a couple of minutes! Very close to all the Destin attractions! This unit has everything you need for a great and comfortable vacation! We had the best vacation!”
