Perfect for a group getaway. Across the from Royal St. Augustine Gulf Club. Close to grocery, restaurants, outlet mall and family activities. With amenities like hair dryer, washer and dryer, towels, extra bed linens, bathing, cleaning and laundry products for added convenience. As well as beach towels, beach chairs and toys. Less than 4 miles to Vilano boat launch, 11 minute drive to Vilano beach, 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything St. Augustine and Gypsy Caye has to offer.

The property was awesome. While it is close to a main road, it was very quiet and never was bothered by passing cars. The neighborhood is on a dead end street so there was no traffic. Very safe environment for kids and dogs. Speaking of dogs, the amenities for animals was as great as it was for the humans with dog beds, dog towels and even a couch cover. I would recommend this property 100%

The beds were VERY comfortable, the space was very clean and all necessities were provided. A long couch in the living room comfortably sat at least 3 adults and the DR table nearby provides additional seating for dining and hanging out inside. The screened porch out front is absolutely adorable, and the area on the side of the house with seating and a grill were perfect for a little outdoor R-n-R. The whole place smelled nice, check out instructions were clearly posted on the fridge. Entry to the property was simple, communication with the host was clear and concise. The space has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which was really nice. The space is decorated colorfully and it was obvious the host took great care to make it welcoming!! Thank you and we will be back :-)

House was cute with plenty of space for 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog. We all enjoyed our stay. Outdoor space was nice too.Neighborhood is up and coming and soon will catch up with this jewel.

The location was great! The home was comfortable-inside seating and outdoor seating. The kitchen had everything for cooking and grilling. Sara was wonderful-we had a smoke alarm go off at 11:30PM. She called us within 5 minutes of messaging her and arrived within 5 minutes (only a battery issue). She was so sweet and apologetic. Absolutely fabulous stay and I will be back with my husband for an adventure.

The house was our favorite we have ever stayed in! It was so nice, the beds were comfortable, there were so many spots to sit and relax, it’s so cozy. It was very close to everything we wanted to do in downtown while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Sara responded to all of our messages right away (there were no issues, we were just letting her know we had arrived, etc.) The home really enhanced our vacation, thank you!!
