Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very pretty, uncluttered, and clean. The yard and property are well maintained and nicely landscaped. The location is a very short walk to the beach although crossing A1A can be difficult at times. There is no pedestrian crossing. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. Really a perfect house.

Family Friendly

This home had everything we needed for a great family vacation! Beach toys, pack n play, high chair, eating utensils, and children's books were provided for our use. The location to the beach was perfect and only took us a few minutes to get there! Everything was clean, with plenty of towels, soap, etc. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Overmoon!

New Years Weekend getaway

Property was clean and matched all the online descriptions. The sheets were soft and clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed playing board games and cooking in the space. Beach access was easy and the beach was beautiful, we walked it every single morning.

Wonderful spot for a family getaway

We stayed here with 4 children and 6 adults. Very clean house, wonderfully furnished, accurate listing. The "Overmoon difference" that they advertised was *definitely* noticeable - comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, etc!

Cute cottage

Beautiful home with many amenities. The location is great! It is just a short walk to the beach on a great little path. Restaurants, shopping and St Augustine are just a short car ride away. It's the best of both worlds... quiet and secluded, yet not too far away from the action.... We would definitely recommend this home to our friends!

Amazing place

We've rented a LOT of vacation homes and this one has been the best by far! The location was perfect - just a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood was also nice for morning walks, the Tolomato River is just a few blocks away. The house itself was fantastic - meticulously clean, extremely comfortable, and had so many great features and amenities. The beds were super comfortable, the back patio was great to hang out with coffee, the large kitchen made making and eating big family dinners really easy, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day! The owner, Overmoon, was wonderful to work with and I'm looking forward to booking one of their homes again soon. They called us in advance to give us all the info we needed ahead of time, and promptly answered all of the questions we had. They even created a really helpful itinerary for us that was tailored to the types of things that our family wanted to do! I really can't say enough about the home, the location, or Overmoon. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Overmoon and this home!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This adorable beach house had everything we needed as a family of 7 for an incredible beach vacation. The property managers went above and beyond for us during our stay and have created a comfortable rental home experience with hotel amenities. The home is in a very safe neighborhood which as a runner was a huge comfort. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and the younger kids enjoyed spotting the special objects on the path to the beach. If the dunes are difficult for you to walk down to the beach and then back up to go home, there is another beach entrance at the end of the neighborhood that has stairs. The beach itself is beautiful, peaceful and secluded. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again in the future.

1st time to St Augustine

Your house is lovely! And as VRBO owners ourselves, I wanted to share these things: The decorating is lovely! The inside colors and practical flooring are great! The beachy-surf vibes are spot on. The A/C works great! I appreciate all of the window coverings. The outside patio is heavenly. The hot-tub, once we figured out how to reset it via googling the model, was super! The access and proximity to the beach is amazing! The beach chairs are perfect, as is the cooler. What a stellar beach! The neighbors are very nice. The cool beach and vibes were so relaxing and so easy to get to … the little walkway to the beach is charming and great for photo opportunities. There’s a nice Publix close by! And driving over the bridge to St. Augustine was beautiful. St. Augustine itself is historic and the Spanish architecture is wonderful. We spent many afternoons wandering around the historic area as well as the beautiful grounds of Flagler University. Night time ghost tours are a must! All-in-all a stellar property with charm, beauty, great guest help and incredible location!

Awesome location

Great location short walk to the beach one block to great restaurants loved the house it was very comfortable fully stocked with everything you could possibly ask for from coffee to dish soap beach accessories even left cupcakes for us
