Great location. Everything you need is there. One star taken away for wear and tear. Holes in the couch, primary room door does not close, no blinds on the windows so you better like waking up with the sun, not the most thoroughly cleaned but overall a great location and gets the job done for a stay in the beach town!

Check-in was good, about noon, the day of I had to reach out as I had not heard anything yet. Following that, it was great. Cleanliness is hit and miss. Beds were great. The bathroom was ok. Don't look too closely in the corners.Furniture is showing wear and stains.Glassware could be improved; there was virtually none.

Disappointing.

The location was excellent, and the beds were terrific. Not having Wi-Fi (television or internet) was upsetting. When I arrived, the cleaners were running late. And goodness knows why, because they did a horrific job. The condo was filthy. The baseboards, windowsills, windows, behind couches and under beds had not been cleaned in a very long time. The fridge surfaces had not been cleaned. The items on the counter, coffee pot, toaster, salt, and pepper shakers were all grimy. One of the fans in the space was caked with dust. The stock of dishes, glasses and utensils in the kitchen was subpar. The bedside lamps were ornamental; they did not have plug-ins. The lighting in the far bedroom did not work. Only three rolls of toilet paper were provided for a week’s stay.

Good location and a great space for our family. Could’ve been cleaner, floors were dirty and most of the linens and towels and some staining, but not terrible. Bathroom was clean. Very close to the beach and other shops.

Disappointed in this rental

Unfortunately this apt was beyond hot during our stay . We had to move to a hotel at 10 pm the night of because everyone was overheating . We had four young kids with us , so perhaps because we were not there to party and stay out until all hours we noticed more the heat . The rental had dirty stairs going up , clumps of hair on the floor , food wrappers behind the chair in bedroom , two broken blinds . The curtains were sheer so offered no help to prevent light or heat coming in . The appliances were covered in smudges and just looked dirty . It has definitely seen a lot of wear and tear compared to the pictures that are either from long ago or have been photoshopped . We had this same place booked for the future, for 2.5 weeks from now and the owner would not offer a full refund after we were unhappy with this stay . I understand the cancellation policy , but after you have had a bad experience I feel like good customer service would be to give your refund . So all in all we are very disappointed and caution against renting this if you are looking for a place for your family to enjoy .

Excellent experience at the loft

Really enjoyed ourselves at your loft. We found kitchen clean and functional. The living space was cozy, great for conversations . We loved the primary bedroom mattress, superb. Bathroom was clean, good shower. Overall very happy. Thank you.

Loved the location....walking distance to all the pubs and shops. The loft is super cute and the beds were very comfortable and the place was stocked well with linens, towels and dishes. Having such an open space made it great for us to enjoy as a group.

Excellent Location

Our stay here was very pleasant! Communication with the host was very fast and efficient. This loft is right in the heart of Sylvan with easy access to all of the small shops and waterfront. The beds were incredibly comfortable and set up of the loft was welcoming for our family! We would stay here again!

Wonderful weekend with Family

Location is pretty close to the lake and restaurants. The loft was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 8. Beds were very comfortable. Would not think twice to rent this place again.

Great location, great host!

We loved the Hidden Loft! The place is clean, very comfortable beds, and only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the large working space of the island. The shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. Communication with the host was fantastic. All in all, highly recommend!
