The house is located right in the center of Ortiggia in front of Palazzo Montalto and offers a wonderful view of an historic archaeological excavation. The house is completely independent and flanks Piazzetta Mergulensi. La Dimora consists of living area and kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, dining table and chairs with tableware; 1 double sofa bed with very comfortable slats, a small terrace with a dining table and outdoor furniture. It is possible to have lunch both at home and on the terrace. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor where there is a bedroom that serves as a second living area and a bed with a comfortable double sofa bed always with slats.
