This place is in student living apartments. Basically a large dorm room. The code didn’t work and it took over 1.5 hours to get in and it’s hot outside. The owners never responded and help center wasn’t helpful . Had to leave a voicemail twice. Somebody finally called me back to help. The code had never been activated by the owners so she reprogrammed it and gave us a new code. Once we got inside it was not what we expected. Stains all over the carpet, fake leather sofas very scratched up and the beds were all double beds not Queen size. Even when we sent pictures to vrbo they wouldn’t refund our money and the owners NEVER REPLIED to text or contact through vrbo messaging. We lost $951.00 and had to get a hotel room. Expensive weekend! Can’t believe this happened.
