Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, the home is conveniently located across the street from Camelback Resort Waterpark and Ski Mountain. Two other Indoor and outdoor waterparks are also nearby, as well as great shopping and spectacular local eateries.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the forest and mountain range. Marvel at the contemporary furniture, the stylish decor, and the airy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Relax on the plush furniture, take advantage of the fast WiFi and watch your favorite movies together on the large TV, or curl up with a great book by the stone fireplace to truly feel away from it all. Indulge in some friendly competition with your loved ones in the enhanced game room, outfitted with arcade games with a dozen pre-loaded games, a foosball table, a Ping-Pong table, a basketball hoop game, and plenty of board games. Relax in the three massage chairs, bring along your choice of console to plug in and game on, as a console is not included in the rental. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the sophisticated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a formal dining table or barbecue your favorite foods outside on the propane grill and gather around the table for a less formal eating experience.

Comfortable beds in the spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in one of the two main bedrooms, one which boasts a TV and luxurious en suite bathroom, the other with a spacious closet and great view. Kids will love hosting their own sleepovers in the bunkbeds, perfect for making memories they'll cherish for a lifetime.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: An active doorbell camera is located at the front entry pointing towards the street and parking area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
