Good location, excellent unit!

This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend Traverse City getaway. Loved the unit's amenities, as well as the location close to the beach and within walking distance of much of downtown. Didn't need the provided earplugs (were those in case of dogs in a nearby unit, or street noise?). The ONLY thing of note here is that if you have a unit above Floor One, you'll need to take stairs (no elevator) - that was definitely our workout!

Nice location, beware no elevator

Unit was a nice location, here for the marathon so close to start and end. Some issues during our stay, were addressed quickly which is good. However problems with internet persist despite many reviews mentioning this. Also be aware—if you have mobility issues. This is a third floor walk up—no elevator!

Family Weekend Getaway

We took a quick trip to celebrate Mother’s Day. The space was comfy and cozy and it was a nice landing space for our serene weekend. We were able to cook together and hang out in the shared living spaces. And then when we needed alone time we could retire to our own spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the condo was great for our stay. The 2 bedroom/2 bath space was sufficient. Washer and dryer was convenient. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

Nice place in TC

My sister and I spent to nights at this lovely condo in TC! It was conveniently located, clean, a lot of space (we each had our own bedroom and bathroom) and reasonably priced. The check-in and check-out were a breeze!! The owner communicated well and quickly. My only recommendations would be to have something in the tub to keep you from sliding when you get in (I slid a bit) and it would be nice to have a bottle of water for each person upon arrival. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this place more and hope to visit again soon!

A nice place

Clean and well stocked. WiFi was spotty. Just like the description says, there’s no cable so remember to bring your log ins if you want to watch TV. The photos look like you are steps from the main shopping area, but it’s actually at the other end of front street so it’s a bit of a walk.Communication was excellent with management company. The second bedroom has no closet or drawers, which was a surprise. All in all, it was a nice trip.

Nice place!

I loved my stay in Traverse City - the location was very close to downtown and lots of wineries. I didn't have any issues with noise from other guests or from the street and we stayed during the busiest time of year. Lovely stay and would stay again!

Clean but we were not aware that the second “bedroom” didn’t have a closet and that there wasn’t an elevator to the third floor. A couple cupboard doors were falling off the hinges.

Girls’ Weekend

Condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We usually drove downtown but did walk to the food trucks one night and it was maybe a 15 minute walk. Condo layout was great, wifi was a little spotty logging in at first but eventually got in. Clean and comfortable. A little noisy one night from the road and other properties but earplugs were provided if needed and I slept just fine. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our time in this well located, clean condo. Sun deck was nice and weather was perfect for it. Stayed cool and had all we needed in Kitchen for full breakfast. Condo is well done.

Cute loft...great location!

Our group of 5 college friends had a fabulous time in this cute upper floor unit close to downtown Traverse City! The loft had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Appreciated the fun upper deck to play cards and drink wine! Loft was close to local wineries, breweries and distilleries. Great restaurants with live music just around the corner!

Comfortable beds, easy check out. This unit is on the third floor so keep that in mind if you have a pet that needs to go out many times per day. Traffic noise is there but tolerable.

Good location. Booked for 5 adults however linens and towels for additional person had not been provided. Contacted owner who gave further instructions to find them articles. Response was prompt. Major road construction in the city made traveling across town very difficult

This new, clean condo is close to downtown. We walked to dinners & the bays! Great layout & they really had everything we needed to make for a wonderful 5 day, July 4th get away! The only thing that it doesn’t have is an elevator & we were on the 3rd floor!

Very Pleased

This is a newer property, well taken care of. It suited our needs perfectly for our one night stay in traverse. The master bedroom was especially nice! Very comfortable bed. Very pleased.
