The property manager 360Estates switched the rental unit 30days prior to the rental date to a smaller unit, which was listed on VRBO at at lessor price than the unit we had paid for, but never gave us a credit for the difference. 360 absolutely refused to provide the address of the substatute unit until 25hrs before arrival. This caused issues for us since we were traveling 2 weeks before and communication were thus difficult.360's web site says they will greet the customer at the unit on arrival and go thru everything. What we got was a web addressed PDF file that provide the code to a lock boxed key. It included WIFI instruction to a WIFI that did not exist. I had to use roaming data on my phone to communicate via WhatsApp to some at 360 to get the proper WIFI and password.The coffee machine had an EU power plug but all outlets are UK. There was a converter that was very flakey. 360 said a new one would be delivered but did not arrive in the 9 days we were there.Communication thru the VRBO app with 360 felt like I was communicating with AI. Company policy was the only thing that mattered.This was the worst host management experience we have had with our VRBO rentals over the years.I would advise everyone to avoid any rental managed by 360Estates. VrBO should review their relationship with this company. 360 does not meet your standards.
