Nice apartment on the seafront ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment consists of a suite room with double bed and access to the bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed plus a single bed, the living room can access a large terrace with beautiful views.

The parking is communal with a barrier and exterior, there is no assigned space and they are limited.



In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator.

Animals are not permitted.

1º.We are available for any consultation with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels, Supplement towels € 4 / person.

3º. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Time of entry to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest that leaves that day, otherwise they can enter after 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a supplement.

Departure time of the apartment: no later than 11 o'clock

4º. Please leave the apartment at the same conditions as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave the garbage in the apartment.

5ºRespect the rules of the community and the neighbours.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation about the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

The optional wifi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are one specific terminals, so it will depend on its availability.
