Block for 5 no sheets for the pullout bed back door only locked with light weight snib heating not good hand basin in the bathroom cold tap keeped dripping the hot tap keeled moving almost around enough to put water on floor

Absolutely freezing! There were 2 heaters in there that couldn’t even heat the room. I had a freezing 2 year old and a 91 year old sleeping in her rain coat to try and keep warm. Also worst motel service as I stood outside in the cold ringing the bell to get someone to come down to reception. No one showed up for half an hour - even though it was 2 in the afternoon and reception said it was in the opening hours. Do not recommend!

This motel needs to spend money. It needs updating big time . New paint , new carpet and vinyl new kitchen and new bathroom new light fittings. Tidy up the gardens. In my unit there was no smoko alarm . It had a new bathroom unit but the push up push down cover for the drainage pipe was missing . It had a mixer tap which is meant for the kitchen and not a bathroom mixer tap. It had a sky book in my unit but no sky box to watch sky tv . The bathroom smelt . In the kitchen the main light was not wired in so they had a bedside lamp over the kitchen sink for light. Spend some money and do it up . On the positive side good location to Hagley Park, very clean and great staff. The bed was comfortable.

Rent ensuite room but unfortunately my friend room shower cannot be used. Had to use the one outside . Private pool was just like a shed . Room was not well lighted up

Older motel however comfortable. It is close to Hagley Park and the city centre, and it’s in a quiet location.

Property is in desperate need of renovation. Half the lights didn’t work, furniture was drab and tatty, bathroom run down and the kitchen needs updating. Fortunately I only had to stay one night. Definitely won’t stay here again!

Quiet, good location. Room very spacious, bed comfortable. Room dated but not a problem. minor maintenance issues (some bulbs out in light fixtures) - a minor nuisance.

Room was partially renovated at the time. Parts of the wall were missing altogether . Bathroom mirror lay on the floor. One wall was just fun board. Wouldn’t have actually been a problem if I had at least been notified upfront.
