    The condo is currently for sale and showings may be scheduled during your stay. There are only occasional showings. If you do not want to allow showings, then please do not book this property. We will apply a $100 discount per showing, if we need to show the home during your stay.

    This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 1A) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

    The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

    The condo features a cocktail arcade game (With 60 classic games), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill.

    The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles (garage height is 7'6").

    Bed Configuration:
    Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath
    2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV
    3rd Bedroom - Queen with TV

    Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

    Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Great location! We were able to walk to so many places. Close to the trail, right by the train station. The space is great, it was warm enough to play some records and hang out on the patio. The appliances are perfect for a family. Overall really great stay.

Great place and great location

Very nice property. Great location. Very close to downtown and lots of restaurants. My only complaint is the check-in process to get in was a little complicated in the communication but called the property manager and everything worked out. The other thing is the dryer isn't working which I'm going to email them and let them know

Our Durango Experience

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was excellent and met our needs exceptionally. The openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen created the perfect environment for us to host the bride and groom and grooms parents for dinner one night before the big wedding festivities began later in the week. Great location

We were in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops and just enough off the main strip so we didn’t hear any street noise. The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for the 3 of us; a well stocked kitchen, games table, nice fireplace and big screen TV. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Durango and needing a home away from home vibe.

Nice and convenient

The property was just as described. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to all of Main St and even a large grocery store. Under building parking with access codes was great. Highly recommend.
