Family trip

Everything about the house was great I brought my boat and that was a mistake the water was about a 1’-1.5’ deep in the main canal out to the bay there wasn’t any markings for a channel other then that was was awesome and host was amazing

Get away!

Everything was great! The Boat slip was a plus and helpful since most homes do not have a boat slip. Outside area was amazing. Tiki area was perfect! Putting green wasn’t useable but outside was great. The inside needs a lot of work. Make sure you bring extra blankets for the bed. Comforters are very thin. There wasn’t a lot of cleaning supplies. The things listed on the listing weren’t really in working condition. there was one broom that wasnt great. The vacuum smelled very bad. The decking is not in safe conditions. The railing upstairs was very wobbly so if you have small kids beware. Make sure you bring everything you will possibly need. They ask for you to replenish items you use but it doesn’t look like people have done that in the past and do not go back to check. We brought all our own soap, paper towels, toilet paper, had to go purchase silverware. The host was very responsive and if there was a question she was very willing to help. Overall the stay was great just the house and the items in it need a little tlc.

Family vacation

Tiki Breeze was perfect for our trip. Great accommodations with plenty of room and things to do at the home. Nearby activities were also a breeze! We enjoyed the pool and beach as well as fishing from the dock each day and night.

May 2025 family trip

Property was clean but some of the amenities needed repairs (fish cleaning table next to dock faucet inop, Tiki bar some of the lights not working.) The kitchen had everything needed except for enough forks, only 7. Everyone had a great time and would rent a gain

Tiki Breeze Family Get Together

We had extended family from out of state come down and we wanted to stay on the water. Found Tiki Breeze and it was the perfect place for us. House was more than spacious to accommodate our party of 13. Multiple patios and areas to relax and chat or watch TV. The TikiBar downstairs was great with their custom bass boat barstools. Our teens that came down for a day enjoyed the kayak and paddle board options although it was a bit chilly weather wise. Kathy (our host) wad very responsive to any and all needs.. 10/10 would stay again. Planning it now

Perfect all around

This place was perfect. Having the kayak and paddle board was a great perk. The fishing was fun and had plenty of crabs that were caught for a feast. The host is amazing with communication. Would definitely rent again

My stay

Property was just as stated very specious, beautiful neighborhood, the house was more than enough for me and my friends.. only thang wrong was the back door was hard to secure and the big raccoon scared the heck out of us coming in at night.. I would book it again

Clean insides.

Met with family members, including Great Grand children. Enjoyed fishing and gathering around the TIKI bar. Charcoal pit had not been cleaned in quite awhile. In need of repairs outside.

kids loved fishing on the kayaks, nice to be able to drive onto the beach right across the highway. AC works great. Spiral staircase was loose and it would have been nice to have a downstairs bathroom.

Family get together

Lots of space and activities for everyone. Games, kayaks, life jackets etc. Unfortunately we did show up during a tropical storm that brought flooding but everyone found plenty to do in the kayaks and paddle boards. Beautiful property with just about everything you could ask for or need to entertain in all weather conditions. Not once did I hear I’m bored lol that’s a huge rarity with as many family member and a teens as we had.

Our Best Family Vacay Yet

Our experience was glorious! Being able to fish and kayak from our back door was my favorite. Kids drove the golf cart to the beach which was soooo close by. This location is perfect, hightly recommended!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was great! Only complaint was the description said shampoo and soap would be provided so we didn't bring any and there was none. Also, we arrived on Friday evening and the garbage cans were already full. Wasn't a big deal since we were not there much.

Family Vacay

Great property minutes away from beach- about 30 mins from Pleasure Pier- fun time fishing - plenty of space for a party of 14 Recommend a toilet at tiki bar area and mini fridge - would have been nice for more than 1 tv but again we spent lots of time doing other things it wasn’t a big deal Communication with Kathy was great a few hiccups but nothing worth mentioning everything was resolved AC works great - beds are comfy Love the fact house comes with basic supplies in case we forgot them (detergent-tp-shampoo-etc) Overall great stay! Thanks a bunch

Great birthday weekend!

Your property is amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. Some of us were looking forward to crabbing but didn't find the crab traps as described. Also, a refrigerator downstairs would have been great. With a house that sleeps 17, more than 1 fridge is needed with all the food.

Family vacation

This year we chose Galveston as a site for a family vacation. This was the perfect house for us. Their is easy access to Charter Fishing, fishing/crabbing on the back dock. The tiki bar was definitely the focal point of our stay as we love to be outside. There was plenty of shade if you didn’t want the constant sun. The flies got pretty bad, but we set up a fly trap which helped. The mosquitoes start biting when the sun went down but that’s to be expected, it’s Galveston. The only thing I would recommend outside by the tiki bar is include a small refrigerator, so we could also keep drinks outside instead of having to go upstairs in the house each time to get a drink. Inside the house, the kitchen had plenty of room and everything you need. All the bedrooms were spacious and slept everybody comfortably. There were no issues with the TV or Internet access. Our cell phone service was not great but then again, we’re not there to be on our phones. Overall, it’s a beautiful house and a great place to stay.

Family Vacation

We had our annual family vacation get together here. Ages ranged from 4 to 50+. For our family of 15 we had such a fun time and plenty of room. Only thing I would say is maybe having an extra fridge somewhere. With so many mouths to feed we only had the one fridge and had to move things around constantly with storing 3 days worth of food.
