Flat in great location
The flat is in a great area only approximately 15-20 walk from the old town and the Ledra street crossing. It has easy off street parking. Access to the flat was easy following the instructions, however the flat was dirty and in need of substantial refurbishment, that a cleaner could not do. The cooker was dirty and in need of a clean as did the work surfaces. The mattress on the bed was badly soiled in various areas and to put it mildly was disgusting. The mattress topper was in a similar state. The door frame around the toilet door had been smashed off rendering the lock useless. The area around the bath was covered in black mould both the bath, sink and toilet were dirty. There was only one dish towel and the steam iron did not work and was already in a dangerous condition. The television would not connect to local stations. Finally do not under any circumstances allow access to any person from maintenance unless you are present. Lock all your valuables away and even secure simple things like HAIRSPRAY. This is not a deluxe or luxury flat, it needs a total makeover.
