Words can’t even describe how phenomenal this place is! Breathtaking views, comfy beds, amazing shower and bathtub! We had so much fun and loved this place! We will definitely be back next year!

This is the fourth time our group has stayed at this property and we will definitely book again. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable with terrific views. The only downside that we experienced was that during storms the frame of the window blinds in the bedroom vibrates. We ended up getting earplugs.

This house immediately connected with all of us. The view was outstanding. You can see the ocean from every part of the house, even the bathroom. Very close to beach look outs, and other attractions. We didn't feel like leaving. Will definitely come back.

Top of the World is hands down the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at. Check in was easy, the house was clean, and the view was spectacular from every room in the house. The house has pretty much anything you could need, from kitchen utensils to linens to a working washer and dryer. It was so great I struggled with wanting to sit on the deck and relax instead of adventuring around Oregon. The location in Netarts, while out of the way, is still conveniently located near enough main roads to visit tons of great sights, trails, and attractions. If I come back to Oregon, I would most definitely stay here again.

We came across Netarts and this home almost by accident. But what a perfect little accident. The house was well spaced out and clean for our two small families. Only minor request is a toaster oven 😇 Loved watching the sun set over the ocean and the constant shifting of the tides at the inlet of the bay. We will be back!

WOW!! What a great spot on the Oregon Coast. Netarts Bay is a great spot for a weekend getaway or full fledged vacation. The house was beautifuly decorated, well furnished and has one of the most spectacular oceanside views I've seen on the Oregon Coast. Will definitely be going back... Highly recommend!

Home had everything we needed. Beds we comfortable, tons of blankets, towels and a few extra pillows. View was beautiful. Quite neighborhood. Enjoyed watching several eagles soaring around the area hunting for breakfast. We will stay here again. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one 12 year old. Note, there is only one tv. Our 12 year old would have liked one to himself in a bedroom set up for his gaming.

What an amazing home, the view is wonderful from inside and from both decks. The home has a lot of space & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The view from the master bedroom and huge shower is awesome. Thank you for letting us share the home for the week.

Wow, what an incredible home with amazing views. We stayed here as a family for the holidays and the home had everything we needed. The house is spacious with large bedrooms and kitchen. You can easily walk to the beach (even in the snow and sleet!) and have a beautiful walk. There is also a restaurant and small grocery within walking distance. The town of Tillamook is @ 10 minute drive from the house where the main grocery is located. There is tons of hiking within driving distance and the coast of Oregon is glorious. The house was fully stocked with extra linens and towels. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, including some spices. Honestly, probably one of the nicest vacation homes I have rented in MANY years. I will definitely be looking stay here again!

The house was spectacular and very comfortable for our group of 6. We went for the extreme low tides - Oceanside and Short beach - had wonderful experiences at both. Came back to the house to relax, make dinner and enjoy the views. House was furnished with everything needed for our stay. Only regret was that couldn't stay longer. Top of the World is top notch.

Beautiful location, lots of room, fully furnished, great amenities and view of Netarts Bay and Pacific Ocean. I would recommend location for up to 8 individuals. Beautiful garden and two levels of decks overviewing the bay.

For anyone looking to unwind, heal and take a break away with a beautiful view; you will not be disappointed when you choose to stay here. There is a small store within walking distance and it’s only a few minutes of drive time if you’re looking to play and dig your feet into a soft sandy beach. For the chef’s out there, this kitchen is amazing and has the most gorgeous look out to the ocean waves!! We had two adults and three children on this trip and it was tough to get the children to leave, even to go to the beach!! They loved it!! This is a nourishing and welcoming space that upon the first moment you open your eyes while still in bed (from two of the 3 bedrooms), it truly does feel as though you’re “On Top Of The World”!! This home along with the view are incredible. Such a blessing... A total gift!! Grateful!!
