Good location and limited on site parking, but street parking was good. Staff were exceptional, a pity they have sold out and are moving on. Breakfast is basic cereal, toast and coffee but there is kitchen availability with fridge and dish washer if you wish to use it. WiFi was poor in front room but great in the dinning area towards the rear of the house. Overall basic but well run, we would stay with the hosts again.

The hostess was super, super friendly. The room is great. A bit small but not a huge problem. We only stayed one night. She provides a cold breakfast (cereal or toast with jam, coffee, and juice). The only thing we were unhappy with was the shower situation. It is a shared shower. There is a toilet and sink in the room. We couldn't find this information disclosed anywhere on the postings. We felt that information should be posted, as it is important to know. With that said, the price is bargain.

Comfy easy place to stay

Ginny was sweet showing us around. She is limiting the number of rooms she has rented each night so grab one if you can. Ginny was ever present, chatting, offering advice. If you don't want to interact maybe not for you but otherwise a really great comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic. Super helpful owner gave us a ride to the function we were attending. Couldn't have been more obliging. Other guests were a delight to share a breakfast table with the next morning. Why would you possibly want to stay anywhere else. Sure it's an old fashioned accommodation style, but some much better than a bland modern motel/hotel.

Nice little guesthouse

Ginny, the owner, was very kind. Our car was involved in an accident and we were a bit unsettled about our plans. She was kind enough to accommodate our schedule and offer assistance. The room was comfy and had a wee bathroom. The shower rooms were clean and very private. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Stopover

My wife and I stayed here recently but unfortunately only for one night. I say unfortunately as we would have loved to have stayed longer had we not made firm plans prior. The owner Ginny was so friendly and helpful and really made our stay very memorable.

Nice hotel, close to town

This B & B has been one of the best that we have stayed at this week. It was close to town, quiet, and very enjoyable. Ginny made our stay fun and entertaining. We were able to see things that we wouldn’t have known about because of Ginny’s recommendations. I would stay there in the future.
