“I was given the wrong code to get into the condo. I had to wait for the host to contact me with the correct code.”

“The house is in a great neighborhood and very well taken care of. The house also included anything and everything a guest would need. It’s clean, updated and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. The host went above and beyond which made us feel comfortable.The host also had the house information and local information easily accessible, which was very helpful. We will definitely stay at this house in the future. ”

“Great property, very spacious, well decorated! Has all the amenities you could ask for…..except window coverings (not in the bedrooms nor the living room). That was the only downside as my kids were up with the sun. Other than that, the queen bed was quite comfortable. The king bed in the master was a bit on the firm side.”

“We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. ”
