The main floor bedroom was covered in very long black hair. The bedding was dirty. There was dirt, lint and garbage beneath every piece of furniture. Every closet had massive piles of dust. Every wall, baseboards and all surfaces were covered in old grime. I sent an email to the owner once we returned home and their answer was it must...
