“For price of renting bedrooms shd b nicer. No place to put clothes BR furniture a disaster. Bathrooms need to be cleaner and rugs in BR are really bad. Did not see one fire detector or carbon monoxide detector. Location fabulous, overall place ok not great. A bear came into yard and and a raccoon was able to enter through the disastrous windows.Laundry facility not great. Again for the price they are getting there are areas that need a lot of work.”

“The house was exactly as shown. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Hot tub was added bonus. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was instant. Highly recommend!”

“The cottage was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient, just a couple blocks from downtown, only a few min to the beach. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and it is very cute inside. Communication with the property manager was great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Springs. The house was clean and comfortable, and the views of the lake are spectacular. The little beach area, fire pit, and kayaks were the cherry on top of the perfect family vacation. Ryan was also accommodating to our change in travel plans and was very communicative. ”

“Roadhouse has a great location nesr shared beach & dock on Lake Platte. The cottage looks to be in the process of renovations(which we weren't aware of), the exterior was only partially sided with the remainder covered in house wrap. The front door didn't like staying shut unless it was locked. The window to the door had no vurtain/covering, so we had to hang a towel over it for privacy. The interior was definitely updated compared to pictures as second bedroom has bunk beds instead of the two...

“It is an older cottage with a lot of character. Listening to the running river was so tranquil and therapeutic, it was a great way to decompress.Highly recommend.”

“The property is clean. The biggest thing is you have internet but have to have your own cable provider to watch TV if you want to, and don't forget to sign out before you leave, and I forgot. Not good. And the shower is very small and not álot of hot water. The bed in the big bedroom was very uncomfortable. ”
